This private studio is configured with 1 bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and 1 ensuite bathroom. This specific lock-off unit (G6A) consists of one room with a bathroom only; please note there is no kitchen or living space within this unit. For those requiring more room, you have the option to book the connecting condo next door to add two additional bedrooms and bathrooms.

While the studio is a minimalist space, you have full access to the wonderful community center facilities:

Located in the Killington Ski Village area, the property is perfectly situated just 1/3 mile from Snowshed and 0.5 miles from the Killington Snowshed Base. Guests can enjoy a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weeks. During mid-winter, a ski home trail may be open depending on conditions. Beyond the slopes, you are minutes away from the Killington Golf Course, local favorites like Preston's and the Pickle Barrel, and the Killington Grand Resort.

• Access: Contactless entry via a time-sensitive smart lock code
• Pets: Not allowed (strictly enforced with a $750 fine for unauthorized pets)
• Smoking: Entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping; smoking is permitted only 75 feet away from the building
• House Rules: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No parties, large groups, or events. Occupants must be over 25 or part of a family.
• Family Needs: Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request in advance
• Community Center Note: The facility is closed for maintenance from mid-April to July 1 and from the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving. Hours are 8am to 10pm.
