Sleeping Arrangements The cabin features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout includes a second-story open loft bedroom and a comfortable sofa in the living area that folds down to provide an additional sleep space.

Resort Experiences As part of this 8-acre campus, guests have access to private walking trails and a variety of lawn games, including Bean Bag Toss, Horseshoes, and giant Jenga. Water enthusiasts can take advantage of complimentary paddleboards and kayaks for use on the nearby Knapp Pond. During the winter, snowshoes are available for exploring. Guests also have access to an on-site washer and dryer after 4:00 PM.

Location & Neighborhood Located in Cavendish, the retreat is surrounded by 1,275 acres of preserved land for hiking and biking, with easy access to winter VAST trails and fishing in stocked lakes. You are perfectly positioned for exploration: Cavendish is just 10 minutes away, while Ludlow and Okemo are 15 minutes away. Further excursions to Woodstock, Chester, Grafton, Windsor, Killington, Bromley, Magic Mountain, and Stratton are all within a 30-minute drive.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior; no refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
