The person booking our home must be 25 years old unless otherwise discussed with hosts.

No more than 6 guests in the house as per Killington's Short Term Rental Rules. If you are found to have more than 6 guests, we will be forced to work with Airbnb to cancel the reservation.
$3,000 Party Fee. If found throwing a party, either with more guests than the rated capacity of our Airbnb or not, or guests that are underage (under 21) hosting a party for themselves. You are agreeing to this charge if found to be hosting a party. We use exterior Ring door cameras to validate this.
Upon booking, guests MUST provide hosts with a government issued ID within 24 hours. You're welcome to block out your drivers license number and your address. We're simply looking to corroborate that your Airbnb photo matches the photo on your ID and ultimately the person who shows up to enjoy our home. If this is not done within 24 hours after requested by the host, we reserve the right to contact Airbnb and have your reservation cancelled for non-compliance with our house rules. we do not accept 3rd party bookings per Airbnb's policy on 3rd party bookings and Terms of Service.
All guests staying without a parent or guardian must be at least 18 years old or older. If any member of the party is under 18 (a minor per Vermont statute), they MUST be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who has medical authority in order to stay.
Any items left behind will be shipped back at the cost of postage plus the cost of the time of our team members.
Unannounced late checkouts past 10am by guests are subject to a charge of $100.
No smoking in the house, if so a $300 additional cleaning fee will apply.

Per Airbnb policy, dogs should not be left unattended in the condo. The HOA has rules against noise and will levy fees for barking dogs. If your pup is sensitive to noise outside of the condo, in the hallway, please take steps to mitigate the noise. If we receive complaints and subsequent fees for noise ordinance violations, these will be passed onto the guest. We understand that pets can sometimes be sensitive to their surroundings, and we want to ensure a harmonious living environment for everyone in our community. If your pup is sensitive to noise, it may be worthwhile to consider ways to make them feel more comfortable, such as keeping them in the bedroom with the TV on to help mitigate the barking.
