Please note this rural mountain location requires careful planning. A vehicle with AWD or 4WD is essential during snow season (December-March), and all guests must be comfortable navigating winter driving conditions. Wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears inhabit the area, so please secure food and trash appropriately. Power and internet outages may occur during severe weather, and no refunds are provided for service interruptions beyond our control.

Dogs are warmly welcomed with a $150 fee for the first pet and $50 for each additional dog (cats not permitted due to allergies). All dogs must remain leashed outdoors, and owners are responsible for cleanup and any pet-related damages. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Our cancellation policy has no exceptions, so we strongly recommend purchasing traveler's insurance for your protection.
