• Winter Travel: Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel during winter months. The host is not responsible for towing or removing stuck vehicles.
• House Rules: A strict code of conduct is enforced; inappropriate behavior, loud music, or unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Booking Policies: Instant bookings within 7 days of arrival may be canceled if cleaning cannot be scheduled. Host reserves the right to cancel suspected party bookings.
• Additional Terms: A damage waiver replaces the security deposit for specific accidental damages. Guests are responsible for obeying all local town ordinances. Please note that as a rural mountain property, the home may not be entirely pest-free, and guests are asked not to feed the wildlife.
