The living areas are equally impressive, with the lower level featuring a 55-inch Samsung TV. For those who love games, the garage has been converted into a dedicated game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table. Outside, guests can enjoy 85 feet of lakefront with a dock, an outdoor eating area on the lower patio protected from the rain, and a cozy fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars.

Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood on a dead-end road, the property is a haven for nature lovers. Guests are just a 3-minute walk from the Middlesex Land Trust park and a 6-minute drive to the Air Line Trail for biking and walking. House Rules:

• Guests must be at least 25 years old and sign a renter agreement.
• No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking is permitted if ash trays are used.
• No pets allowed.
• No illegal drug use or firearms.
• Life jackets must be worn when using watercraft; children must be supervised at all times, especially at the waterfront.
• Maximum of 4 cars and 12 people on the property without prior permission.
• Please turn off the AC when the house is not in use.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed; no "flushable wipes" or other products to avoid sewer pump failure.
