The walk-out level provides two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, while the third floor features an open loft with a full-size bed and two singles.

Inside, the home is defined by fine finishes and upscale amenities. The great room is a centerpiece of the home, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom stone fireplace. An open-floor concept connects the living area to a luxurious kitchen and dining area, creating an ideal environment for entertaining family and friends. For outdoor relaxation, a massive deck runs the entire length of the home, complete with plenty of lounge chairs and a brand new BBQ grill. Guests can also enjoy the fire pit, featuring Adirondack chairs custom built from recycled materials.

Located at the end of a private road in the serene Mad River Valley, the property offers an immersive nature experience. Please be aware that because the home is located in a rural mountain area, regular pest control is performed, but the environment may still include insects or wildlife.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Winter Travel: 4WD vehicles with snow tires (not all-season) are mandatory due to the steep driveway. Guests must be comfortable driving in snowy conditions. If plowing is delayed, guests must park at the roundabout and walk to the house.
• Security: An external security camera faces the driveway.
• Policies: No parties allowed. Inappropriate conduct or noise disturbances will result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for obeying all local town ordinances.
• Liability: Bookings are subject to a Release and Waiver of Liability agreement. Unsupervised use of the fireplace by children is prohibited.
