Inside, you will find a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless appliances, paired with a dining area offering scenic views of the surrounding landscapes. The cozy living room features a warming wood stove and a smart TV, while the lower level offers a family room with a sectional and another smart TV for movie nights. For outdoor relaxation, a spacious deck with a charcoal grill is available for barbecue evenings. Practical additions include a mudroom for skiing gear and a dedicated ski room that leads directly onto the Sundowner trail at Pico Mountain.

Located in the heart of Vermont's winter wonderland, the property is just 0.1 miles from Pico Mountain and a 12-minute drive to Killington Resort. Guests are close to various attractions, including Mountain Meadows Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe, Green Mountain National Golf Course, and local favorites like McGrath's Irish Pub and the Pickle Barrel. A shuttle service runs every 15 minutes from Thanksgiving to mid-March.
