The sleeping arrangements are distributed for comfort and privacy: bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are located on the ground level, bedroom 1 is on the first level, and bedrooms 5 and 6 occupy the second level. With 3 bathrooms, there is ample space for your party to refresh and relax. For a touch of luxury, you will find a new hot tub located conveniently right outside the master bedroom on the ground level.

This property is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the summer, you can enjoy a short walk to the amazing non-developed Wards beach at Lake Whitingham for kayaking, boating, and fishing. The home's natural beauty is further enhanced by a stream running along the property and a peaceful pond situated in the rear. Winter transforms the chalet into a basecamp for adventure, with snowmobiling and snowshoeing available right outside your door and world-class skiing at Mt Snow and the Hermitage mountain just 15 minutes away. • Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Primary renter must be 30 years of age or older
• Pets are considered based on type and size for a fee: $75 for stays up to 3 nights, and $150 for stays over 4 nights. Please inquire about pets before booking.
• A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required once booking is confirmed.
• A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your credit card in lieu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout, to be released within 5 days of departure.
