This spacious home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of 4. The layout is designed for comfort, boasting 10-foot ceilings throughout. The master bedroom is a study in minimalism, offering a very comfortable king bed, an extra large walk-in closet, and an upgraded bathroom with double sinks, a modern bathtub, and a separate shower. For added convenience, the bedside lamps include wireless chargers. The second bedroom maintains a mid-century design aesthetic and is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a dedicated desk. The home also includes a modern kitchen with a gas stove and basic cooking supplies, and a living room facing east with beautiful views of the lush golf course fairway.

While the villa itself is a sanctuary, guests have access to the extensive amenities of the Desert Princess Country Club, including:

• Fees: Fitness center ($10/visit) and tennis courts ($15/hour) incur additional costs. A 12% TOT for Cathedral City and 1% for GPSTBID apply.
