This expansive family home is designed for comfort and gathering, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 10. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom featuring a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). For additional guests, a large pullout couch is available.

Inside, you will find a modern kitchen accented by beautiful wooden floors and rustic beams, featuring a slider door that provides direct access to a large deck. The home is designed for relaxation, boasting a spacious TV room with plenty of comfortable seating and a dedicated game room located on the basement level. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed throughout the home, while the exterior features a beautiful field connected to woods, offering endless enjoyment for the family.

Located on a private road, the estate is just minutes away from the charm of Warren Village, the serene waters of Blueberry Lake, and the slopes of Sugarbush Ski resort.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a $100 fee per pet, per stay. Owners prefer pets remain on the main floor; a safety gate is installed at the bottom of the stairs to prevent pets from going upstairs. Please contact the host for more than two pets.
• Winter Travel: Four-wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in this region during winter months.
• Important Notes: The fireplace is currently not usable. Window AC units are provided in bedrooms for the summer months.
• Policies: No parties are permitted. Guests must adhere to a code of conduct prohibiting loud music or disruptive noise. A damage waiver is in place to replace the security deposit for accidental damage.
