About Property

Escape to Sylvan Meadow, a remarkable private home ensconced within a tranquil woodland setting in Williston, Vermont. This luxurious retreat offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourselves in the beauty of nature while remaining just minutes away from four major colleges, the great city of Burlington, and the shores of Lake Champlain.

Designed for gathering and relaxation, this split-level home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, providing 2,000 square feet of living space for up to 8 guests. The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the main living and dining areas, which are warmed by a brick gas fireplace and dappled sunshine from a ceiling skylight. The primary bedroom is spacious, featuring a king-size bed, a reading nook or workspace, and a custom en suite bathroom with a rain-room shower large enough for two. Two additional secondary bedrooms on the upper floor include queen beds, one offering a seasonal cross-breeze and the other abundant morning sunlight. The downstairs queen bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a dedicated workspace, a large reclining sofa, a big-screen TV, and direct access to the backyard. For families, a pack-n-play is available for young children or pets.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting an incredible amount of granite counter space in a wrap-around "L" configuration and a large granite island that comfortably seats five. This space is appointed with a beautiful white marble backsplash, wonderful white pantries, and an oversized fridge.

Step outside to a large private patio deck that overlooks an expansive backyard and woodline forest. In the evenings, gather around the oversized wood-burning fire-ring to toast marshmallows beneath a wide-open starry sky.

Located a stone's throw from some of the best shopping and diverse restaurants in Vermont, including the adjacent Taft Corners. You are only 5 miles from the famous Church Street Promenade and the Burlington waterfront, where you can enjoy sailboat sunset cruises or bike along the Island Line Trail.
