The first-floor master bedroom is a private retreat with a king bed, double sink, glass shower, and a large soaking tub. A spiral staircase leads to the loft, which serves as a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom. For added privacy, the third bedroom is a detached studio apartment located above the garage, complete with its own kitchen and bathroom and accessible via the garage or a private rear entrance.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that there are no baby gates on the stairs. Guests must adhere to a code of conduct prohibiting loud music, repetitive noise, or unauthorized gatherings; violations may result in eviction without refund. Due to the rural mountain location, the host cannot guarantee the property will be pest-free and asks guests not to feed wildlife. During winter months, four-wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel. Please note that the garage is not available for guest parking.
