The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room, perfectly suited for cozy gatherings. For added warmth and ambiance, guests can enjoy the indoor mid-century wood stove.

Designed for ultimate rejuvenation, the property boasts a Sunlighten sauna with chromotherapy, providing the perfect retreat for post-ski relaxation. The home is equipped for both work and play, featuring a dedicated desk and workspace area, high-speed WIFI (200Mbps), a 43" smart TV, and a Nintendo Classic Mini for nostalgic entertainment.

Step outside to an awesome outdoor area that encompasses two acres alongside the beautiful Ball Mountain Brook. • Pets: Four-legged friends are welcome with an additional $100 pet fee; please notify the host during reservation.
• Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking residence (both inside and out). A $500 fine applies for any violations.
• Access: Guests have full access to the home, excluding the outdoor sheds and the locked owners' closet on the main floor.
• Note: The outdoor playscape structure is not available for guest use at this time.
