• Pets: Pet friendly with a $50 fee per pet per stay. Please contact the host if bringing more than two pets.
• Winter Travel: Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel during winter months.
• Property Notes: An external security camera faces the driveway. The driveway is shared with another quiet residence approximately 300 ft away.
• Policies: No parties are permitted. Guests must adhere to a code of conduct (no violence, loud music, or repetitive noise). A $75 minimum charge applies to the recovery and shipping of forgotten personal items. Guests are responsible for any local ordinance fines.
