The layout is thoughtfully distributed to ensure everyone has their own space. The first floor houses four bedrooms, each with a queen bed and brand new solid hardwood floors, sharing two bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. The second level offers a fifth bedroom and a full bath stocked with eco-friendly bathing essentials. For additional flexibility, a queen memory foam sofa bed is available in the basement.

Inside, the living room welcomes you with stylish seating and picture windows that highlight the scenic surroundings. The family room is perfect for movie nights, featuring a large sectional sofa that seats seven, a Smart TV, and a dedicated children's play space. The open kitchen is well-stocked for any culinary need, complete with an electric stove, a newly installed dishwasher, and bar seating for two. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a striking Sputnik chandelier and seating for eight guests.

For recreation and productivity, the home offers a variety of dedicated spaces. A lower-level game room boasts a shuffleboard table and a retro Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game, while the home gym is equipped with light weights, yoga mats, and exercise balls.
