• Guest Capacity: Maximum 6 guests (including infants) per fire code.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome; cats are not permitted. Fees apply: $150 + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional dog. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors.
• Access: Contactless check-in via smart lock. The home is on an unpaved road; 4x4 or AWD vehicles are highly recommended, especially from December through March due to snow and mud.
• Rural Living: Guests may encounter wildlife (deer, foxes, bears) and should avoid leaving food or trash outside. Please note that power or internet may occasionally be interrupted during inclement weather.
