About Property

Discover a convenient and prime location at the Westfield Room, a private retreat situated on the border of New Haven's historic East Rock and Prospect Hill areas. Perfectly positioned for those visiting Yale University, this space is within walking distance of the Divinity School and offers easy access to downtown shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, all while being located directly across from the Marsh Botanical Garden.

This accommodation is a private bedroom within a welcoming, shared 3-bedroom apartment located on the third floor. The layout is designed to provide a perfect balance of community and privacy. Your individual room serves as a fully private retreat, featuring a private closet and a dedicated desk and chair ideal for remote work or studying. Guests also have access to shared living spaces, including a comfortable sitting area, a kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, a shared bathroom, and backyard access.

Managed by The Connection Rentals, a trusted local provider with over 10 years of experience, this property is well-suited for medical professionals, corporate clients, and extended-stay guests. Because the building is older, it retains a historic character with occasional imperfections in the windows or doors and older finishes. Please be aware that the room is accessed via steep stairs only, and the property is professionally treated for pests regularly.
