• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

Policy

• Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and checkout by 11 AM
• Self-check-in with smart lock
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink
• Do not move inside items to outside. Patio chairs and table may be used in the front porch or back sun room/stairwell.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• House rules must be reviewed and accepted. reservations can be cancelled otherwise.

• Cameras will on the exterior of the unit and the building and they will be recording 24/7
• All guest must accept house rules before booking- Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

Fees

• Lost remote control (Lost TV, AC ) will result in a $100 Charge
• Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
• Pet fee $15 per night per pet
• Undocumented pet fee is $35 per night per pet for each pet that is not stated in your reservation
• $50 per night per guest for each guest that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.

Pet Rules

• Pets must be taken out to pee and or poop. If they do go anywhere, the guest must clean it immediately
• Pets are not allowed on beds
• Vaccination and flee and tick application required for any pets that enter property.
• Pets are not allowed off leash at any point during the guest stay
• Monthly clean required
