- Furniture stays where it belongs indoor items stay inside. Patio furniture is welcome on the porch or sunroom.
- Golden Rule: Open it? Close it. Borrow it? Return it. Turn it on? Turn it off. Break it? Fix it. Make a mess? Clean it up. Move it? Put it back.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days of check-in result in a charge of the first two weeks of your stay, including the security deposit and any paid amounts.
- Reservations require acceptance of house rulesotherwise, they may be canceled.

- Security cameras are in place outside the building and record 24/7 for safety.
- No open flame’s candles, incense, and anything that burns are not allowed.
- Lock the doors at all timesyour safety and belongings matter.

Fees & Charges
- Lost remote (TV or AC): $100
- Smoking violation: $250
- Unapproved late checkout: $75 per 30 minutes after 11 AM
- Pet Fee: $10 per night, per pet
- Additional guest: $15 per night, per person
- Unregistered guest fee: $50 per night, per person
