• Parking: 3 first-come, first-served spots behind the apartment, plus free street parking (please follow city signage for street sweeping and snow plowing)

• Mail: No deliveries or mail should be sent to the property address; a P.O. Box is recommended for security
• Housekeeping: Initial prep includes clean linens and toilet paper. Further cleaning, laundry, and toiletries are the guest's responsibility
