The Overlook features two huge queen bedrooms with windows on three sides providing elevated lake views, a coffee bar, a private deck, and a bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and shower. These spaces are connected to the Main House via a secure and covered set of switchback stairs. The Main House includes a queen primary bedroom with a private terrace, a bunk room, and a bathroom with a slate rain room shower. The living area is filled with light and cool lake breezes thanks to fourteen large windows and is furnished with Stickley leather pieces, a Vermont Castings wood stove, and an expansive collection of challenging board games. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for family meals with an island gas stove, electric oven, farmhouse sink, and an oversized refrigerator.

At the heart of the home is the oversized screened porch, the perfect spot for gathering for meals and unforgettable sunsets. Outside, the private cove offers exceptional swimming from a floating dock in deep, clear water. Guests can bring their own boat or utilize the two kayaks and two paddleboards provided. As part of the Braeloch community, guests also have access to a tennis court with pickleball lines and a half basketball court.

Located within Braeloch, a private 300-acre lakefront community with 2.5 miles of shoreline, the property ensures plenty of privacy. Yet, you are only a 20-minute drive from the airport and downtown Burlington—including the acclaimed Church Street Marketplace—and 90 minutes from Montreal. The home is also conveniently close to the Colchester Causeway bike path and the ferry to Plattsburgh, NY.
