The heart of the home is the wonderful screened porch, where double French doors open from the living room and kitchen to invite in indelible lake breezes. This gathering space includes a dining table that seats 8, making it the primary spot for meals and games. Adjoining the porch is a spacious 600-square-foot sun deck that captures the morning light and shines throughout the afternoon, offering an ideal setting for reading or relaxing over the cove.

Inside, the open-concept living area features the original wood-burning fireplace and a modern kitchen equipped with a farmhouse sink, dishwasher, cooking island, and a generous selection of cookware. To keep you connected, the cabin provides spectacular fiber-optic Wi-Fi and a smart television for streaming.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the 200-foot long dock extending into deeper water for swimming, as well as the sandy shoreline. For exploring the lake, two kayaks and two paddleboards are available, and the fishing is excellent. Located within the private residential community of Braeloch, guests have access to community tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. The property sits at the edge of an unused 15-acre meadow, part of over 300 acres of land to explore, yet remains only 20 minutes from downtown Burlington.
