This thoughtfully designed home sleeps up to 10 guests across three comfortable bedrooms. The first level features two bedrooms with queen beds, including one with two queen beds for larger groups. The lower level offers a queen bedroom with brand-new renovations completed in June 2025. Additional sleeping options include a queen sofa bed in the living room and a twin daybed in the great room. Two full bathrooms serve the home, with an upstairs tub/shower combination and a lower level stand-up shower.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per dog per stay, with a maximum of two dogs up to 50 pounds each. Dogs must be at least one year old. The minimum age requirement for the booking guest is 25, and they must remain present for the entire stay. Standard house rules apply including no smoking and no parties. Please note there is a tenant in an attached apartment with separate entrance who will not affect your stay.
