About Property

Discover the ultimate "Tiny House" experience at the Castle House Estate Guard Tower, a unique medieval piece of architecture located in the heart of Joshua Tree, California. Featured on HGTV, this extraordinary destination brings tiny home living to another level, blending indoor-outdoor living with a strong emphasis on entertaining, all while being situated just minutes from the National Park.

This custom three-level living space and loft is designed for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bed. The interior is a marvel of design, with every piece of furniture custom-made to fit the unique round space. Guests can relax in the loft, which holds a queen-sized bed outfitted with 1500 thread count sheets and Pure Care Plush memory foam pillows for a luxurious night's sleep. Strategically placed full glass doors and windows ensure the space is flooded with natural desert light.

For those seeking adventure, a rooftop hatch provides breathtaking views or a place to sleep under the stars, weather permitting. The estate is set on eight picturesque acres, surrounded by vast private undeveloped land, offering a sense of complete seclusion and serenity.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. Each tower provides its own dedicated outdoor wood-burning fire-pit, a grill top, and two chairs, creating the perfect setting to roast s'mores and enjoy cold beverages while taking in the elements of the high desert. Inside the tower, guests will find a mini-refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee maker for their convenience.

The restroom facilities are located just 20 steps away, featuring two private toilets, two hand sinks, and a urinal. For a truly unforgettable experience, the estate offers two outside showers and one outdoor sink, allowing you to shower with stunning 365-degree views of the National Park.
