Sleeping arrangements include two King size beds, a futon sofa, and an optional air mattress for those needing extra flexibility. The property is configured to welcome up to 5 guests.

While the general amenities are focused on the quality of the home's interior and exterior spaces, guests will appreciate the remodeled kitchen and updated bathrooms. Outside, the property is designed for entertainment and convenience, featuring an outdoor fire pit and BBQ area. For those visiting during the warmer months, an 18ft x 4ft deep above-ground pool is available from March through October. Parking is a breeze with a large, fully gated space capable of accommodating multiple vehicles.

Located in the heart of the desert, this home is perfectly positioned for exploring the region. You are just a 20-minute drive from the vibrant energy of Palm Springs and approximately 50 minutes from the breathtaking landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please be aware of the following guidelines. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome, specifically up to 2 dogs, provided they are up to date on vaccinations. We ask that dogs remain off furniture and beds and be kept in a crate if left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up dog hair and disposing of all waste promptly. Per city ordinance, the home is equipped with a noise monitoring device (which does not record conversations) to keep volume levels low. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, and the use of outdoor music or sound-producing devices is not allowed at any time. We appreciate your help in remaining considerate of our neighbors.
