The home accommodates up to 8 guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features a queen bed, window seating, lounge chairs, chaise lounge, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combo, plus access to a private porch. The second and third bedrooms each offer queen beds with plenty of natural light and small desks for peaceful retreats, while the fourth bedroom provides a full bed. The second full bathroom boasts a stand-up shower with dual shower heads and handheld wand, and a convenient half bath powder room serves the first floor.

Entertain with ease in the living room, complete with crackling wood burning fireplace, antique spinet piano, comfortable seating, and a game nook with table and chairs. The separate library offers another wood burning fireplace, loveseat, lounge chairs, and Roku TV for cozy movie nights. Between the living room and kitchen, a dedicated lounge area features a classy bar cart perfect for evening drinks. The light-filled dining area seats eight at the main table plus four additional seats at the kitchen peninsula, with French doors opening to the wrap-around deck.

The large, recently updated kitchen features a clean white palette, new appliances, and glass French doors leading to the backyard. Well-stocked with all necessary cookware, dishes, silverware, and a 12-cup coffee maker, plus dishwasher for easy cleanup. The screened-in porch extends your dining options outdoors.

Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per dog per stay (dogs must be at least one year old). Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Standard house rules apply including no smoking, no parties, and respecting neighbors. Please note several stairs are required to enter the home.
