Sleeping arrangements include a Main Bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom featuring a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. A separate guest house, which serves as the fourth bedroom, contains a Murphy bed and its own wood stove, making it a cozy spot for kids' movie time. Please note that the guesthouse is only available for bookings from Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend, as it is winterized during colder months.

• Parking: Ample space for multiple cars in the driveway. Note that the road and driveway are gravel/dirt; an AWD vehicle is strongly recommended during winter months.
• Security: For guest safety, a security camera is located facing the parking area.
