Designed for groups, the home features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The first floor is flooded with natural light and includes a primary suite with a king sized bed, a zero entry shower, and direct deck access. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third serves as a versatile office space with a twin trundle bed. All three first-floor rooms are outfitted with SleepEZ Latex Matresses for premium comfort. The lower level adds further flexibility with a family room, a second full kitchen, and a fourth bedroom featuring a queen bed and an ensuite 3/4 bathroom.

Living areas are designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace and a large frame TV. The modern kitchen is well equipped with brand new appliances and a dining area that seats five, supplemented by bar stools at the island.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this beautiful property. Guests can enjoy the gorgeous scenery from the back deck, utilize the outdoor BBQ and dining set, or gather around the firepit for roasted marshmallows. A private, heated saltwater pool is available seasonally from May through September.
