House Rules: Locals must contact host before booking cannot use “instant book”.

Only the person that booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they cannot check in. All guest must be declared on the reservation. Any undeclared guest will be charge $40/day. and could still lead to removal if any guest is unsuitable to the host or Airbnb. All guest agreed to all terms and services of Airbnb must have a valid working number, if you do not have a working number and we try to contact you before your check in and are unsuccessful; we can remove your reservation for violation of Airbnb policy without refund. If you cancel for any reason there is no refund strict refund policy. You must follow all city and state laws. Any house Rules violated is grounds for immediate removal from property and termination of stay without refund. Any guest that books must follow the terms of the lease and community policy.

Occupancy limit: Sleeps up to 4-6ppl; occupies 6+ppl anymore than this will be vacated for trespassing. Additional guests (Not on reservations) $30/(day short/long visits). Only # of guests on the reservation allowed. Must request additional guests.

Pets: Recommended-Please contact and communicate with your host if you have a pet or pets. Recommended Information-:Sex, Breed, weight, and temperament especially if you are traveling with more than one pet. (Pet fee $75/pet)

Early checkins: Must be requested and if available $30 fee.

Late checkout fees: If you check out 30 minutes after check out (10am) there’s a $50 late check-out fee. If you have possession for more than two hours you will get charged a full day without discount; and this is NOT award you possession of the room for the day.

Alterations: Must be 7 days before check in to be considered anything after that will be denied.

Cancellations: Cancellations non-refundable.

Keep floors and white carpets clean. *Please turn off electronics and lights, ac units,etc when you leave or area not in use. *Please keep Locked all gates, windows, entrance doors when off the property. Curb your pets. All pet must be on leash at All times while on the property. *No mail allowed; only packages

If you have any complaints about any aspect of the property upon contacting the host/ and or Airbnb we reserve the right to come into the property and solve the issue. We do not need permission to access the property if you deem it unsuitable so it can be remedy.
