Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this whimsical retreat accommodates up to 6 guests. The layout features three bedrooms, each boasting its own distinctive theme and colorful accents. The primary bedroom features a custom king-sized circle bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private desk workspace. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a desk workspace, and direct access to the sunroom, while the third bedroom provides a double bed and a walk-in closet. A secondary bathroom with a bathtub is conveniently located in the hallway.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this enchanting property. The backyard is a captivating oasis featuring a 6-person hot tub and an 8-foot cowboy tub soaking pool (available as a rejuvenating cold plunge in winter; unavailable as a soaking pool from November to April). Guests can unwind by the gas fire pit, enjoy the gas BBQ and outdoor dining tables, or lounge in swaying hammocks. For entertainment, the yard is equipped with cornhole, giant Jenga, and ring toss, all set against a breathtaking backdrop of desert mountains and starry skies.

Located in a tranquil area of Yucca Valley, the home is perfectly positioned for exploration. You are just 8 minutes from Old Town Yucca Valley shops and 12 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree. The surreal landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park are a short drive away, offering world-class hiking, rock climbing, and sunset views.

Practical details include a strict driveway-only parking policy, as street parking is prohibited by the city. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the interior fireplace is non-operational. To preserve the experience, guests are asked to treat the delicate retro decor with care and adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

► Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM. ►After booking, guests will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete identity verification, where an optional damage waiver is offered for added protection but is not required. ► PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. (No wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.) ► NO FIRES, including candles, except for the propane backyard fire pit and BBQ. This is a high-risk fire area, please help us prevent wildfires. ► No smoking of any kind indoors. Please smoke at least 20 feet away from the property and responsibly dispose of any cigarette butts. This is a high-risk fire area; please be sure they are fully extinguished. ► No commercial or location-based photo/video shoots without prior written consent. ► No parties (more than 6 people on the property will constitute a party) ► Guest maximum: 6 people. ► No pets except for ESAs and service animals only. It would be greatly appreciated if you notify us that you are bringing an ESA or service animal prior to your reservation. ► Keep doors closed at all times. Open doors invite bugs, mice and other desert critters in. ► No off-road vehicles allowed. ► Please ensure the hot tub cover is always replaced when it’s not in use. Without the cover, the hot tub cannot maintain its temperature, and it can take hours or even days to heat back up to 104°F. Additionally, the cover prevents desert critters from falling into the water, keeping both the wildlife safe and the hot tub clean. ► Guest agrees to pay violation fees assessed by the county for incidences that occurred during their stay, including sound violations and all other fines by not complying with city rules.

We want our guests to enjoy my space, however if house rules are broken, the following fees will apply: ► $500 unauthorized pet fee. ► $1000 unauthorized commercial photo/video shoot fee. ► Market rate for cost to replace any broken or destroyed items.

By making this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will comply with all house rules. You also acknowledge and accept that the host has the right to keep the security deposit amount in full, if any of the rules below are not adhered to.

Liability Waiver: By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as the guests agree to release the hosts and owners from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the property, climbing or exploring anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold hosts and owners harmless.
