Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome. Please note that the property is car-dependent as no public transportation is available. A maximum of 2 cars are permitted. To ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood, no outdoor music is allowed, and noise-creating outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Additional fees may apply for certain amenities: tennis courts are $15/hour, and the gym is $10 per day. A Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% for Cathedral City and 1% for GPSTBID is applied.
