Experience the best of Vermont’s natural beauty and comfort at the Stratton Log Lodge, a special retreat perched at the top of a hill in Jamaica. This true log cabin offers a Grand Lodge feel, combining rustic charm with a spacious, open atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to hide away while remaining close to the region’s top attractions.

Designed for groups and families, the lodge features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements are fantastic and rare for a cabin, featuring 4 Queen bedrooms (one on the main floor and three upstairs) which are ideal for adult groups. For the children, the basement houses "The Bunk Room," which includes a twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The home is defined by its stunning architecture, boasting massive cathedral ceilings in the open-plan living room that open up to the top floor. At the heart of the living space is a cozy, central wood-burning fireplace, allowing guests to enjoy the glow from everywhere downstairs while lounging on velvet couches. The kitchen is thoughtfully open to the living area to keep the conversation flowing and comes equipped with both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. Dining options include a table that seats 8 and a breakfast bar for 2.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this private hillside property. Guests can relax in the private hot tub after a day of skiing or gather around the outdoor fire pit for s’mores during the summer months (note: the fire pit is plowed in during winter). The bathrooms have been updated for a modern feel, featuring a walk-in shower with glass doors on the main floor, a tub/shower combo upstairs, and a shower in the basement.

Located in Jamaica, Vermont, the lodge provides easy access to local landmarks: Jamaica State Park is just 5 minutes away, while Stratton Mountain Resort is approximately 15-19 minutes away. Mount Snow and Bromley Mountain are also within a short drive (roughly 20-25 minutes).

• Cooling: No A/C; the home relies on fans and mountain breezes
• Requirements: An e-signed rental agreement is required immediately post-booking. A $1,000 damage deposit hold is placed on credit cards and released a week after checkout.
• Security: There is one exterior camera installed near the basement door.
