The sleeping configurations include a plush Queen bed in the front master bedroom, a Full over Full bunk in the "Tropical Oasis" middle bedroom, and a Twin over Full bunk in the back bedroom. For additional guests, a sofa bed is available in the spacious living area.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 23 years old and are required to sign a rental agreement providing their physical address. A $500 security deposit is required. Please note that guests must provide their own linens and toiletries, though a linen rental service is available for $80. A maximum of two pets are permitted with an additional fee. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas. The property utilizes electronic monitoring and camera surveillance. Vintage windows remain permanently shut.
