The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. On the main floor, the first bedroom offers a queen bed with a unique step-down entry. Upstairs, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom featuring a full bed alongside a bonus sleepover nook with a full mattress. The two bathrooms include one with a walk-in shower and another featuring a vintage tub and shower combination.

Thoughtfully curated for comfort and entertainment, the property offers a wealth of amenities:

• Policies: No pets allowed. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Important Notes: There is no cell service at the house (WiFi calling available). Parking is located across the street. AWD/4WD and all-weather tires are strongly recommended from October through April. Guests have access to the entire home except for the basement.
