Please review the house rules below and reply to confirm that you have read and agree to follow them during your stay. These rules help us maintain the property and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Thank you!

• This is NOT a party house. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. If a party is found to be taking place, guests may be charged additional cleaning and damage fees, and the reservation may be terminated immediately without a refund. Guests may also be required to vacate the property immediately.

• The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years old and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.

• Please remove shoes upon entering the home to help keep the property clean and well-maintained.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home. $250 fine if detected.

• No glitter is permitted in the house. Glitter is extremely difficult to remove, and a $150 additional cleaning fee will be charged if any glitter is found on the property.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been obtained. $200 fine per person detected.

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• No illegal substances or illegal activities are permitted on the property.

• No firearms or other weapons are permitted on the property.

• No fireworks are permitted on the property.

• No pets permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels below 50 decibels and be respectful of our neighbors.

• No food or drinks in the bedrooms.

• Please use the makeup towels provided for makeup removal. A $50 fee will be charged for stained bath towels.

• Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, diapers, paper towels, or other non-flushable items. Any sewer clog or damage caused by improper use will result in a $500 fee.

GRILL: • Guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill. A propane tank is provided; however, the host is not responsible for refills. If the tank becomes empty during your stay and you wish to use the grill, you will be responsible for obtaining a refill. • Please clean the grill and any grilling tools after use and return them to their proper storage location. • Occasionally, consumable items such as condiments, spices, or snacks may be left behind by previous guests. Consumption of these items is entirely at the guest's discretion. The host assumes no responsibility for the quality, freshness, or safety of any such items.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. If repair, replacement, cleaning, or other costs exceed the security deposit or platform coverage, the guest agrees to pay the additional amount.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels below 50 decibels and be respectful of our neighbors.

• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings. Requested returned items are subject to a minimum $100 handling fee, plus actual shipping and packaging costs. Unclaimed items will be held for 5 days and may be donated or disposed of at management's discretion thereafter.

• Late checkouts are not permitted without prior written approval. A fee equal to 50% of the upcoming night's rate will be charged for checkouts 30 minutes to 2 hours past the scheduled checkout time. Checkouts more than 2 hours late will be charged at 2 times the upcoming night's rate.

• Children of all ages are welcome. However, we do not provide cribs, high chairs, or other infant/toddler equipment. Guests are responsible for supplying any necessary child-related items and for supervising all minors at all times.
