• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (dogs only; cats are not permitted due to owner allergies). Pet fee is $100 per pet.
• Noise: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. External speakers are prohibited; noise violations may result in a $1000 fine.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house or within 10ft of the property.
• Access: The home is accessed via dirt roads capable of low-riding cars. The yard is not fully fenced. Outdoor surveillance is located at the front of the house.
• Policies: Unauthorized late check-outs beyond 15 minutes incur a $100 fee. Authorized early check-in/late check-out are available at $50 per hour. Unauthorized filming or photoshoots will result in a $5000 violation fee.
