This property operates under strict Scottsdale city regulations allowing a maximum of 6 adults plus related children and dependents (10 people total). Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per night and must be requested minimum 5 days in advance, as heaters require 2-3 days to reach optimal temperature of 80-85 degrees.

Important Information: All guests must complete verification through the designated guest-screening provider before arrival. This property is prohibited from hosting special events, retail businesses, restaurants, or similar commercial uses without express city permission. Violations may result in substantial penalties. We have a verification that will be sent to you to verify you prior to arrival as well as rental conditions to agree to. PLEASE NOTE: Your door code will be sent 4 hours prior to your check-in time but will NOT be activated until the verification is complete as well as signing the rental conditions, if you have not fulfilled these requirements by 7pm the night of check-in, we can not guarantee access to the property until the morning after and no refunds will be given. Full rules are located in the rental conditions you must sign before booking. Please let us know within 48 hours of booking if you have any questions or concerns as no refunds will be given after 48 hours of booking due to rental conditions. 6 Adults Max PLUS your related children and/or dependents are welcome in our home, up to 10 people but you CANNOT have more than 6 adults. Absolutely no parties or events. No Pets allowed No refunds due to weather. All guests and visitors are the responsibility of the primary booking guest and must comply with all house rules. We are a non-smoking home. There is a minimum of a $2500 cleaning fee that will be charged if we find that anyone smoked in our home. You will have two spots available on the driveway to park, one in the garage as well as additional parking on the street, please park with the flow of traffic:) The garage can be opened with the button inside the garage. You must first come into the home from the front door to open and close the garage. There is no way for us to change garage codes for each guest so this keeps everyone safe. There could be damage to the pool pump if the vacuum is removed, DO NOT REMOVE the pool vacuum. A minimum of $100 plus damages will be charged for your stay if removed. Accidents and Damages We kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit/damage waiver amounts, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. Respectful Neighbor and Quiet Hours Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and mind the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. If you have any issues with a neighbor, please report that to us immediately.
