This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a quality queen bed, 1 bathroom (shared), and accommodates up to 2 guests. The interior is a perfect cuddle shack, equipped with romantic lighting, air conditioning, a heater, and a 42-inch TV with Roku for your entertainment. While there is no full residential kitchen, the space includes a mini fridge, freezer, indoor sink with running water, a hot-water kettle, and a Cafe Bustelo coffee maker to handle simple food preparation.

Your private waterfront setup ensures a peaceful setting for morning coffee and stargazing, including:

• Movement: As a floating accommodation, the boat may rock or sway with wind and waves.
• Pets: One approved dog up to 20 lbs is allowed (pet fee applies).
• Parking: One mainland vehicle is included; a second vehicle/trailer is $25 per night.
• Policies: 420-friendly outdoors only; smoking/vaping prohibited inside. A refundable $350 security deposit and signed liability waivers are required.
