Please be aware that a security camera monitors the driveway for safety, though it cannot view the interior, porch, or patio.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval (maximum of 2) and a $50 pet fee. Pets must be house-broken, supervised at all times, and kept on-leash as the yard is not fenced and local desert wildlife and terrain can be hazardous.
