Designed for flexibility and comfort, the home features one bedroom and one bathroom. The primary bedroom is anchored by a King size bed, while the living area includes a custom built day bed for an extra guest. Tucked away in a back nook, a twin-sized bunkbed provides additional sleeping space, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

Inside, you will find a brand new kitchen equipped with a stove top and stainless steel appliances. The living space is complemented by a 50-inch TV for streaming, central AC, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. The unit is fully stocked with hotel quality linens, plush towels, and basic essentials including coffee and cooking staples.

Outside the private unit, guests have access to a shared courtyard featuring a hammock, a fire pit, a bean bag toss game, and a mineral soaking tub. Please note the soaking tub uses unheated mineral water and is not a hot tub with jets.

Situated 4 miles from town, the property is an ideal base for exploration, located just 20 minutes from Palm Springs and 45 minutes from Joshua Tree. Access to the gated complex involves a short drive on a dirt road, and the large iron gate is opened manually for parking.
