Sleeping Arrangements The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping quarters include one bedroom with a King size bed and a second room featuring bunk beds, providing plenty of space for your group to spread out. Both rooms are thoughtfully decorated with quality linens and Casper mattresses. For added comfort, each bedroom is equipped with its own climate control. The king bedroom offers a spacious closet with shelving, while the bunk room includes a dresser for easy unpacking.

Home Features The heart of the home is the living room, featuring leather sofas and a Smart TV for movie nights or the big game, alongside a variety of board games. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a table large enough for the whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and finishes, including a dishwasher, coffee machine (coffee provided), and all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils. The full bathroom includes a combination shower/tub, super plush towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in-unit.

Location & Neighborhood Nestled on the south side of Whiteface Mountain, the property is a 10-minute walk to Lake Placid Village and Mirror Lake. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Whiteface Mountain ski slopes are a quick 15-minute drive away. Guests can explore the 2.7-mile scenic loop around Mirror Lake or visit the Lake Placid Public Beach. The neighborhood is rich with dining and shopping options, including the Great Adirondack Brewing Company and Simply Gourmet Bakery. The Lake Placid Airport is just 5 minutes away, and the Amtrak Bus Stop is 3 minutes from the house.

• House Rules: Please keep heat at 65 degrees or warmer during winter months when away. Please clean the BBQ after use and dispose of recycling in separate bags provided in the house.
