Situated just below Whiteface Mountain, our home is the perfect getaway for friends and families to enjoy. The space has been recently updated to include modern amenities you would expect from a resort hotel, while maintaining the thoughtful charm of a true home away from home.

Sleeping Arrangements Black Pearl - Unit 1 features 1 bedroom and 1 bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The traditional bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with a Casper Mattress, quality linens, a dresser for unpacking, and a cozy bay window perfect for reading. For additional guests, the living room includes a sleeping sofa to ensure your group has plenty of room to spread out. Each room is equipped with its own climate control for individual preference.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a contactless, keyless entry system. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome (maximum of two), though they are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please note the following:

• No parties or events are allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside; please smoke at least 20 feet away from the house.
• This unit is located along a main road, so some traffic noise may be audible.
• Guests must walk down stairs to access the unit from the parking area.
• Please maintain heat at 65 degrees or warmer during winter months when away.
