► Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM. ►After booking, guests will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete identity verification, where an optional damage waiver is offered for added protection but is not required. ► PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. (No wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.) ► NO FIRES EXCEPT WHERE ALLOTTED, including candles. Please only use the designated firepits and fireplace. This is a high-risk fire area, please help us prevent wildfires. ► No smoking of any kind indoors. Please smoke at least 20 feet away from the property and responsibly dispose of any cigarette butts. This is a high-risk fire area; please be sure they are fully extinguished. ► No commercial or location-based photo/video shoots without prior written consent. ► No parties (more than 8 people on the property will constitute a party) ► Overnight guest maximum: 4 people. ► Keep doors closed at all times. Open doors invite bugs, mice and other desert critters in. ► Dogs: We allow dogs! Please note that there is a $100/dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. No dogs allowed in the cowboy tub or hot tub please. No dogs are to be left alone in the house without supervision. No cats or other animals allowed. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. ► No off-road vehicles allowed. ► Please ensure the hot tub and cowboy tub covers are always replaced when it’s not in use. The covers prevent desert critters from falling into the water, keeping both the wildlife safe and the tubs clean. Additionally, without the cover, the hot tub cannot maintain its temperature, and it can take hours or even days to heat back up to 104°F. ► Guest agrees to pay violation fees assessed by the county for incidences that occurred during their stay, including sound violations and all other fines by not complying with city rules.

We want our guests to enjoy my space, however if house rules are broken, the following fees will apply: ► $500 unauthorized pet fee. ► $1000 unauthorized commercial photo/video shoot fee. ► Market rate for cost to replace any broken or destroyed items.

By making this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will comply with all house rules. You also acknowledge and accept that the host has the right to keep the security deposit amount in full, if any of the rules below are not adhered to.

Liability Waiver: By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as the guests agree to release the hosts and owners from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the property, climbing or exploring anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold hosts and owners harmless.

Finally, have fun and kindly treat the house and wildlife on the property with respect. We put a lot of love into it, and we would like our future guests to enjoy it as much as you. Thank you!
