There is a strict no-parties or gatherings policy, and outdoor music, radios, or musical instruments are prohibited at all times. Additionally, please be aware that there are other rental units at the back of the property; while guests have full access to the house and front yard, the back lot is restricted, and you may see other guests accessing the rear units via the gate.
