- Absolutely no parties are allowed
- Strict no smoking indoors policy.
- Only those that are included in the initial reservation are welcome. Max capacity is 6 people.
- No drugs or illegal substances allowed.
- No food or drinks in the bedrooms
- No candles or other open flames
- Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet.
- We do hold $300 security deposit, it will show as pending on your credit card, it will auto release a few days post departure(barring damage claims)
- The guest will need to sign our rental agreement prior to arrival
- Pets are welcome to come as long as the following guidelines are met. They are left in their crate while they are alone and are not allowed on teh furniture and beds
- Please clean up excessive messes, we’ll take care of the rest
- If you break or damage something, please let us know right away so we can arrange for its replacement or repair
- **To take the trash out, please take out the trash and bring it to the cans outside the front of the building on your LEFT if you are walking out the door. If those cans are full, please bring them out the back of the apartment to the cans on the other side of the fence in the alley. To get there, you will need to use the back fire escape stairwell down to the first floor and go out the exterior door. Make sure to wedge the wooden block in the fence opening, otherwise the fence door will lock behind you and you will have to walk around to the front. Trash day is Monday morning so please make sure it is all is taken out SUNDAY night
Violations to any of these rules above may be subject to fine and/or removal from the property. We hope you understand that this is someone else's home and will treat it as such.
