For additional guests, the sun-drenched bonus room serves as a flexible space with custom built-in full-size daybeds and its own mini-split system, allowing the home to accommodate up to 5 guests.

The interior is defined by a commitment to comfort and style. The newly renovated bathroom serves up total spa vibes with Moroccan Zellige tiles, brass fixtures, a floating vanity, and a bamboo bathmat. The fully appointed kitchen is equipped for any culinary need, featuring handmade ceramics, a brand new fridge, dishwasher, and a variety of coffee options including a drip coffee maker and french press.

• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for a non-refundable $50 pet fee. Dogs must remain off all furniture and be crated if left alone.
• Guest Note: A 5th guest will utilize the daybed in the sunroom.
• Access: Guests have full access to the home, excluding the garage (washer/dryer available in garage upon request for long stays).
