The space includes one full bathroom, all exclusively yours during your stay. Natural light fills the peaceful third-floor setting, creating an ideal environment for both work and relaxation.

Key amenities include a 42-inch HDTV with Roku, Samsung Bluetooth sound system, and dedicated workspace for remote work needs. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and drip coffee maker, plus a dining table for comfortable meals. Climate control features both air conditioning and radiant heating with a split-type ductless system. Additional conveniences include WiFi, iron, hair dryer, premium toiletries including Pantene shampoo and conditioner, Dove body soap, bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage with both walk-in closet and standard closet space. Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted, and no smoking or parties are allowed on the property. Damage fees up to $1500 may apply if property damage occurs during your stay.
