The layout includes a main-level primary suite with a plush king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms offer comfy queen beds and share a full bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

The interior is defined by open-plan living spaces with vaulted ceilings and large sliding doors that flood the home with natural light. At the center of the home, a grand fireplace sets the scene for cozy winter evenings. For additional entertainment, there is a lofted TV room upstairs and a lower-level family room—complete with a second grand fireplace—ideal for games night. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Primary guest must be 25 years or older
• Pets: Well-behaved dogs allowed with prior approval ($75 fee per pet/stay); cats are not permitted
• Smoking: No smoking inside the house
• Lake Policy: Guests are NOT permitted to bring/use their own water equipment (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.); violations will result in a fine
• HOA: This is an HOA community; additional documents are required upon booking. Communal pools, beaches, tennis, and pickleball are shared with residents
• Cooling: Split A/C units in the main living area and primary bedroom; fans provided in lower bedrooms
• Septic: Only toilet paper may be flushed
• Other: $500 fee for excessive cleaning; mid-stay cleaning required for stays of 28+ nights
