By booking our Property, you agree to the contract below in its entirety. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RESERVING OUR PROPERTY. Failure to comply with this contract can result in significant fines and immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. That includes a security deposit.

A signed rental agreement and government ID verification are required prior to check-in.

Certain reservations—including local bookings or those that do not meet standard screening criteria—may require additional verification and security requirements prior to check-in, which may include a refundable deposit, damage protection, or a combination of both.

All booking payments are processed through Airbnb. Any applicable additional charges (including damages, violations, or additional services) will be requested through Airbnb in accordance with their policies.

Failure to complete required verification steps may result in inability to proceed with check-in.

Toilet: PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILET. This includes but is not limited to paper towels, wipes (even flushable), condoms, hair, and foreign objects. Also, please leave the hairnet on top of the shower drain. These measures help prevent plumbing issues during and after your stay. If the toilet results in a sewage backup or overflow due to prohibited items being flushed, you will be charged a $300 plumbing service fee to cover the cost of professional repairs and cleanup

LIGHTS: The electricity is a bit tricky. To access all of the lights in the apartment use the light switches that are by the dinning area. This will ensure that all lights function correctly. Or use the lamps.

BLACKOUT: The AC must must be temporarily turned off when operating any of the kitchen appliances or hairdryer. This measure will prevent a circuit overload/blackout.

If there is a backup during your stay or on the day of check-out, you may be liable for the plumbing bill.

NON-REGISTERED GUESTS AND VISITORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization, no matter if they're spending the night or not. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police Eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken.

Any stains or damages to any furniture or appliances - you will be responsible for the bill.

Please note: In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to enter the apartment without prior consent to have the issue resolved.

Check-out is 10 AM sharp. Failure to vacate the Property at the respected hour will result in a $200 late fee charge. Our cleaners need adequate time for turnover.

Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: Guests may be required to provide a refundable security deposit or purchase a damage waiver prior to or upon check-in. This is used to cover any incidental damages during the stay.
